A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, scalded and cut into pieces), carrots (deleted), olive oil, Swedish meatballs (360 g), onion (chopped), orange juice and gingerbread (diced).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt in 15 minutes until done.

Prepare the carrots according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs.

Remove them from the pan.

Fry the onion in the shortening.

Add the orange juice with the gingerbread cubes.

Put the meatballs back in the pan and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer the balls with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes.

Stir occasionally with a spatula over the bottom and, if the sauce is too thick, add extra orange juice.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the balls with orange sauce and carrots on 4 plates.

Serve with the potatoes..
