Directions

  1. Halve the limes and press the fruits.
  2. Cut the stalk of the pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into small pieces.
  3. Mix the red pepper with the salt and sugar through the lime juice.
  4. Cut the fish into cubes of 1 x 1 cm and put into a bowl. Pour the lime juice over it and leave it in the refrigerator for 1½ hours.
  5. Cut the tomato into quarters, remove the seeds, cut the flesh into small cubes and put in a bowl. Cut the korainder leaves coarse and put them in the tomato.
  6. Halve the avocado, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh from the peel. Cut into small cubes and mix with the tomato and coriander.
  7. Mix the avocado mixture through the fish with the marinade.
  8. Serve with the tortilla chips. Yummy! .
