Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat a wok without oil or butter and stir fry the minced meat in about 4 minutes. Add the stir-fry mix and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the contents of the 2 bags of sauce mix from the packet of lasagna, the milk and the water and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Put a layer of sauce in the baking dish and spread 4 dry lasagne sheets over it. Spoon a layer of sauce and cover with 4 lasagne sheets. Repeat until all lasagne sheets are empty, finish with a layer of sauce.

Cut the zucchini into pieces of about 5 cm and cut it in straight slices. Divide them over the sauce. Season with pepper and salt.

Let the lasagna covered with aluminum foil in the middle of the oven in 45 minutes. Remove the foil after 30 min.
