Curry fish dish with mango


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, quick-boil rice, onion, liquid margarine, curry powder, ginger powder, coconut milk (400 ml), coal fish fillet (frozen, 400 g), mango, fish stock tablet and garden peas (freezer 450 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Cook in a microwave dish (1 1/2 liter content) onion with margarine for 1 min.
  4. At full power (700 Watt).

  6. Place frozen fish in sauce.
  7. Cover the dish for 12 minutes at full power.
  8. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into pieces.
  9. Cut fish into pieces.
  10. Mango pieces and bouillon tablet with fish.
  11. Fully covered 6 min.
  12. At full power heating, occasional scooping.
  13. Meanwhile, peas in 10 min.
  14. Season the fish dish with salt and pepper.
  15. Serve with rice and peas..
