Tough endive salad with pineapple gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (crumbly), pineapple slices in juice (canned), baking bacon (meat products, a ca. 25 g), French toast, butter or margarine, milk and sliced endives (400 g).

Peel potatoes, wash, cut in four and boil for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, drain pineapple, collect juice and halve slices.

Spread bacon on one side with 2 tablespoons of mustard.

Drill 1/2 pineapple in each slice and stick with a skewer.

Fry 50 g of butter in frying pan.

Rolls and bins.

Bake cooking fat with pineapple juice, remainder of mustard and gravy.

Drain potatoes and crush them.

Mix with milk and butter until an airy puree.

Add endive in sections.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stew the stamppot with bacon rolls and pineapple gravy..
