A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: deep-frozen spinach, mushrooms, traditional olive oil, chilled potato slices and salted nut melange.

Directions

  1. Let the spinach thaw and squeeze out the excess fat. Clean the mushrooms and halve the large ones. Cut the onion into wedges.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the potatoes in the woks for 10 minutes until done. Arrange regularly.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and thyme and heat for 5 minutes. Add pepper and allow.
  4. Chop the nuts coarsely and add them to the potatoes. Bake for 1 minute.
  5. Spread the spinach and nut potatoes over the plates.
