Tartar with onions-tomato gravy
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, new potatoes (peeled), tartar, liquid margarine, broccoli (in florets), red onions (in half rings), tomatoes (in pieces), red wine and dried thyme.

Potatoes boil in 20 min.

Sprinkle the tartar with salt and pepper.

Warm margarine in frying pan and cook tartlets in 8 min.

Cook broccoli in 8 min.

Remove tart tarts from the pan and keep warm.

Bake onions and tomatoes for 5 min.

Add wine and thyme and reduce to a high heat.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve potatoes with broccoli, tart tarts and gravy..
