Roasted multi-seed bread with warm smoked salmon pieces and a radish mix salad with horseradish dressing

Directions

  1. Cook the eggs almost hard in 7 minutes. Scare, peel and cut into slices.
  2. Meanwhile, cut 2 slices per person of the bread and grid into the toaster.
  3. Mix the horseradish, crème fraîche and the water into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt. Scoop the dressing with the radish mix.
  4. Siege the toast with the salad, slices of egg and pieces of salmon.
