A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: oil, stew vegetables, pre-cooked potato slices, dried oregano, grated Parmesan cheese, flour and cold butter (in lumps).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions from the stew package for 2 minutes. Put the carrot through and add 4 tablespoons of water, the potato slices and the oregano. Place the lid on the pan and simmer the stew in approx. 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, sprinkle the cheese, flour and pepper to taste on a board and place the lumps of butter on top. Rub everything into fine crumbs with your fingers.
