Chinese steamed chicken with pepper


A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, tah tsai (vegetable), sereh (lemongrass), 4-season pepper (grains, jar), chicken breasts, sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Directions

  1. Wash Ttsai stump, dry it and cut it into four parts in length.
  2. Place the quarters Ttsai in a steam basket.
  3. Stalks of lemongrass halve in length and put in a different steam basket side by side.
  4. Grind peppercorns with a convex side of spoon into mortar with pestle or on a plate.
  5. Spread chicken fillets transversely to lemongrass and cover with half of sesame oil.
  6. Sprinkle crushed pepper over it.
  7. wokkentot just under special steam rack with water filling (or use pan on which steam basket fits exactly).
  8. Bring water to the boil.
  9. Place steam basket with Ttsai on a wok rack or pan over boiling water.
  10. Put steam basket with chicken on top and close with lid.
  11. Cook Ttsai and chicken in approx.
  12. 10 minutes.
  13. Meanwhile preheat 2 plates.
  14. Place quarters Ttsai on plates and drizzle some remaining sesame oil and some soy sauce.
  15. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
  16. Lay chicken breasts next to it.
  17. Give the rest of soy sauce in small bowls and add it.
  18. Serve with pandan rice..
