Pasta with ham and brie
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, penne rigate (pasta), red onion, eggplant, sunflower oil, bechamel sauce (pack `2 bags` 50 g), milk, brie (60) and ham strips (duobakje approx. 200 g).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean aubergine, wash and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Onions and aubergine bake for approx.

10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare béchamel sauce with milk according to instructions.

Cut Brie into pieces.

Fry the eggs, ham and brie with eggplant.

Mix Penne with sauce.
