Leek stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (eg Super potatoes), (vegetable) bouillon tablet, winter carrot (in pieces), leeks (in rings), soft goat cheese (100g each, eg bettine blanc), Coburger raw ham and coarse mustard.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and wash.

Bring low water to the boil in a pan and crumble the bouillon tablet on top.

Place potatoes in pan, carrot and then put leek on them.

Vegetables boil in 20 min.

In the meantime, wrap goat's cheese in ham and bake brown on both sides in a dry frying pan.

Drain vegetables, collect cooking water.

Potatoes puree, leave vegetables as much as possible, possibly add some cooking liquid.

Season with mustard, salt and pepper.

Place goat cheese on it..
