A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fast cooking rice, shoulder chop (about 400 g), mix for saté marinade (38 g), sunflower oil, sweet soy sauce, fried rice (500 g), bamboo shoots (bamboo shoots, 227 g) and Javanese peanut satay sauce (300 g).

Directions

  1. Cook rice according to instructions.
  2. Cut meat into cubes.
  3. Prepare Marinade according to instructions with 3 tablespoons of oil and soy sauce.
  4. Allow the meat to marinate for about 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile cut pepper (out of package) into rings.
  6. Cutting tomato (from package) into pieces.
  7. Heat in wok rest of oil.
  8. Vegetable stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
  9. Stick meat to sticks.
  10. Heat frying pan or grill pan and cook in saté for about 10 minutes.
  11. Shoot bamboo shoots and add to vegetables with rice.
  12. For about 2 minutes stir-fry.
  13. Meanwhile, make satay sauce according to instructions.
  14. Divide rice into four plates.
  15. Serve with fried satay and satay sauce..
