Casserole with game ragout
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wild and white rice (250 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), yellow pepper (in strips), carrot julienne (150 g), game ragout culinary (a 400 g), cognac (liquorice) ) and crème fraîche.

Preheat the oven grill.

Cook the rice according to directions for use in a pan or microwave and let dry.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan and garlic 30 sec.
