Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Let the filo pastry thaw according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roast the pine nuts for 3 minutes in a frying pan without butter or oil. Let cool on a plate.

Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil and boil the spinach for 2 minutes. Drain in a colander. Push out as much moisture as possible with a spoon.

Beat the eggs and cut the cheese into cubes.

Mix the spinach in a bowl with the pine nuts, eggs, raisins, chickpeas, cheese, pepper and salt.

Brush half of the filo dough sheets thinly with the oil, lay them on top of each other and place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Divide the spinach mixture over it. Spread the rest of the filo pastry thinly with the oil, lay them together and place on the spinach mixture.

Fold the edges all around and brush the dough thinly with the oil. Sprinkle with the sesame seed. Fry the cake in about 30 minutes until golden brown and done.
