Ingredients
Directions
-
Cut the port salut into 20 pieces. Wash the leek and cut as finely as possible.
-
Mix the mince in a bowl with the leek, ketchup, the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and some pepper. With wet hands, turn balls the size of a golf ball.
-
Make a hole in the balls with your thumb, push in a piece of cheese and cover with minced meat.
-
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the balls in 15 minutes until golden brown and done.
-
Bring the tomatoes and passata to a boil in a frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
-
Cut the basil leaves into strips. Stir the balls and the basil through the tomato sauce just before serving.
-
Bon appétit! .
