Fast ratatouille with beans
With baby potatoes, tomatoes, grilled vegetables and ready-to-eat bean dish.

Halve the potatoes. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes and Provençal herbs for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into 6 parts each and cut the celeriac finely.

Add the tomatoes, grilled vegetables, bean dish and warm water to the potatoes and scoop well.

Leave the lid on the pan for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the ratatouille over deep plates and sprinkle with the celery.
