Italian bean gratin
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, beef chipolata (300 g), olive oil, Italian stir-fry mix (400 g), cherry tomatoes (250 g), white beans ((a 330 g), drained), basil ((15 g), leaf cut), mozzarella ((cheese, a 125 g), in slices) and Grana Padano (cheese) (grated).

Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Cut the beef chipolata into pieces of 5 cm and fry them in the oil in 2 min. Brown. Fry the stir-fry mix for 3 minutes. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and rinse the beans. Add them to the meat and stir-fry mix and warm for another 2 minutes. Add the basil and season with salt and pepper. Put everything in the greased oven dish.

Spread the mozzarella over the dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Put in the oven and let it turn golden brown for about 15 minutes.
