Potato pancake soup with salmon bales


Stuffed meal soup with balls of salmon with bread with cream cheese and chives.

Directions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into rings. Slice the chives.
  2. Bring the water with the packet of soup, the leeks and potatoes to the boil. Cook the soup gently in 15 minutes.
  3. Grind the salmon fillet finely in the food processor or with the hand blender.
  4. Form balls with moist hands. Add this to the soup for the last 5 minutes of the cooking time.
  5. Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread and cut them diagonally. Brush with the dairy spread and sprinkle half of the chives.
  6. Spoon the soup into bowls. Sprinkle with the rest of the chives and serve with the toast.
