Directions

  1. Heat the tortillas according to the instructions in the microwave.
  2. Pour the oil from 1 can of tuna into the wok.
  3. Drain the tuna from the other can.
  4. Heat the tuna oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the vegetable for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the corn kernels and tuna and heat this mixture for 2-3 minutes with stirring.
  6. Put a bar of the corn-tuna mixture on each tortilla.
