Salad of leaf lettuce, black olives, broad beans and white cheese.

Cut the black olives into slices and let the white broad beans drain.

Preheat the oven grill to the highest setting. Divide the lettuce, olives, cheese and broad beans over plates.

Make a dressing of the lemon juice, oil and pepper and salt to taste.

Sprinkle the rest of the oil over the slices of bread. Roast the bread for about 2 minutes in the middle of the oven on a baking tray.

Pour the dressing over the salad. Serve the salad with the toasted slices of bread.
