A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg, pork cutlets, green pepper (in strips), oil, Lao Mein Noodle sauce (coriander onion) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in the pan.
  2. Cook in approx.
  3. 5 minutes until done, after 1 minute with fork.
  4. Cut cutlets into strips.
  5. Meanwhile, heat in wok oil and stir fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Add pepper and add another 2 minutes.
  7. Add sauce (out of pack) and heat meat for 1 minute.
  8. Distribute carrot strips on two plates.
  9. Drain and put on a carrot.
  10. Spread out half of the herbs (from the pack).
  11. Boil the sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the herbs..
