Chicory with apple and brie from the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut a thin butt of the chicory stalks and cut them carefully in half lengthwise.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and place the chicory sprouts with the cutting edge in the hot oil.

Bake for 2 minutes and then fry them for 2-4 minutes over medium heat so that they become slightly more tender.
