A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mienestjes, bok choy, cod fillet (frozen), thawed), fish stock (from tablet), Japanese soy sauce (or sweet soy sauce), lemon juice, Chinese herbs (five spices) and radish.

Directions

  1. Prepare Mie according to instructions on the package.
  2. Clean paksoi and cut into 3 cm pieces.
  3. Halve cod and cut into narrow strips.
  4. Heat in soup pan stock with soy sauce, lemon juice and five spices.
  5. Add paksoi and fish bars and simmer for 3-4 minutes, until fish is tender.
  6. Cut radish into slices.
  7. Drain it and distribute it over four deep plates or large bowls.
  8. Lay packs and fish with meringue.
  9. Season the broth to taste with salt and pepper and pour on it.
