Cook the gnocchi al dente according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon strips for 3 minutes, then finely chop the onion. Add the onion and cook for another 1 min.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters. Add the mushrooms and cook in 4 minutes until al dente. Scoop the gnocchi through and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the rocket. Divide over deep signs. Serve immediately so that the arugula stays crispy.
