Wraps with beef strips
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green pepper, sunflower oil, beef strips (about 300 g), taco seasoning mix (35 g), chilibones (400 g), jalopeño pepper strips (green peppers, pot a 227 g), wrapt tortillas (280 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Fry in frying pan for about 3 minutes in oil.

Add beef strips and fry approx.

3 minutes.

Add seasoning mix and 100 ml of water.

Pour out chilibones.

Halving Jalapeños.

Pour beans and peppers into meat and heat for approx.

5 minutes.
-
Cook tortillas in microwave according to instructions.

Spread the meat-bean mixture over hot tortillas and create crème fraîche.

Tortillas fold.
-
Delicious with iceberg salad and yoghurt dressing..
