Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Keep the rice warm.

Cook the snow peas in 3 minutes al dente.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan, add the onion and paprika and fry for a few minutes. Then do the chicken again.

Add the mixture with the water, bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer for 3 minutes.

Then stir in the snow peas, bean sprouts and peanuts and serve with the rice.
