Chop the onion. Cut the celery into thin slices and the bell pepper into small cubes.

Halve the chorizo and cut both sausage halves in half again. Cut into cubes and fry them for 3-4 minutes in a soup pot without oil or butter.

Add the onion and fry gently for 2-3 minutes. Scoop the mixture occasionally.

Drain the brown beans in a sieve and rinse. Scoop the vegetables with the brown beans through the chorizo mixture.

Pour in the water and bouillon tablets and bring the soup to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Use a puree pestle to finely grind and stir well until the soup is nicely bound. Season with salt and pepper.
