Bratwurst with white beans


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, scrubbed), olive oil, beef bratwurst (4 pieces), onions (in rings), tomato cubes (400 g), white beans ((330 g) and rinsed and drained).

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in water with salt in 15 min. Almost done.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 5 min. Brown. Take out of the pan. Fry the onion for 2 minutes in the same pan. Add the tomato and beans. Put the sausages back in the pan and roast them with the lid on the pan in 15 minutes until done. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 8 min. Until golden brown and crispy. Divide the sausages with tomato and beans over 4 plates and serve with the potatoes. Tasty with chopped parsley.
