Couscous with tuna sauce and green beans

Finely chop the garlic.

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour so much boiling water that the couscous is 1 cm under water.

Cover the dish and let the couscous heat for 10-15 minutes.

Boil the green beans in a saucepan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 6-8 minutes until al dente and pour them off.

Pour the oil from the tuna into a frying pan and fry the garlic in a soft glass.

Spoon the tomatoes with the tuna and green beans and let the dish simmer for another 4-5 minutes.

Put the couscous on plates and spoon the tuna sauce with green beans over it.

Tip: the sauce is extra tasty by warming a tablespoon of capers and / or a tablespoon of finely chopped black olives.
