A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, leeks, winter carrots, spaghetti, (olive) oil, seafood cocktail (frozen, 500 g), finesse for cooking (bottle of a 250 ml) and bluefin cheese (Danablu).

Directions

  1. Peel and chop onions.
  2. Clean the leek and winter carrot and cut into slices.
  3. Cook pasta according to instructions.
  4. Heat in wok oil and fry onion briefly.
  5. Add leek and carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add seafood to the pan.
  7. Add finesse for cooking, break up Danablu above it and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Fully heat.
  9. Spread pasta over four plates.
