Grilled duck breast with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, duck breast fillet (at room temperature), five spice powder, bok choy, oil, ginger (cleaned and chopped), red pepper (in rings), garden peas (frozen and 450 g).

Cut the fat from the duck breast fillets and rub them in with the five spice powder.

Heat the grill pan over medium heat and grill the fillets on the red side for 1 minute.

Grill them for 4 minutes on the fat side and again for 3 minutes on the red side (they may be rosé inside).

Turn the meat regularly, so that a diamond pattern is created.

Then let it rest for a while.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer (or a pan in which you can hang a steam basket or colander) and make sure the basket or colander does not touch the water.

Cut the bottom 10 centimeters of the pakistos rods into rings.

Heat the oil in a stir frying the ginger and red pepper until the ginger starts to smell.

Add the packs of tea and the frozen garden peas and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.

Steam the leaves with stalks of the bok choy with the lid on the pan in 1-2 minutes al dente and fresh green.

Cut the duck breast fillets into thin slices.

Place the steamed bok choy on the plates, stir in the stir fried vegetables and slices of duck breast.

Serve immediately..
