Whole wheat pita with falafel, avocado and goat cheese.

Directions

  1. Boil the peas in 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
  2. In the meantime, heat the pita bread and falafel according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, cut into cubes and put in a bowl.
  4. Cut the heads of lettuce into strips 1 cm wide and the coriander coarse. Crumble the goat's cheese.
  5. Add the lettuce, coriander and goat cheese with the lime juice and peas to the avocado and scoop.
  6. Season the salad with pepper and salt.
  7. Cut the buns open, scoop 2 tablespoons of avocado salad in each bun and spread the falafel over it.
