Pasta with parma ham


Creamy pasta with leeks, parma ham and mozzarella.

Directions

  1. Cut the parma ham into strips. Heat the oil and fry half of the ham for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Scoop out of the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Wash and cut the leek. Slice the garlic.
  3. Fry the garlic and leek for 10 minutes on medium heat in the remaining shortening. Change regularly.
  4. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Add the cream, nutmeg, pepper and salt to the leek and heat for another 2 minutes.
  6. Scoop the pasta and the unbaked ham through. Halve the mozzarella and spread the pasta over plates. Place the mozzarella and the fried ham on top.
