Pizza bianca with ham, spinach and artichoke

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Heat a wok without oil or butter and allow the spinach to shrink in parts. Put the spinach in a colander and drain well.

Cut the mozzarella into slices. Drain the artichoke and cut into quarters.

Place the pizza bases on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the pizza bases with the ricotta.

Divide the mozzarella, spinach and artichoke hearts over the pizzas. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes in the oven. Change the baking sheets halfway.

Meanwhile, make the salad. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Clean the onion and cut it.

Mix the tomato with the onion and the oil. Season with pepper and salt.

Remove the pizzas from the oven and spread the smoked ham in florets. Serve the salad.
