Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion shredded
- 5 thread saffron
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 400 gram tomato cubes look
- 100 gram mascarpone
- 16 lasagne
- 200 gram smoked salmon
- 400 gram fish fillet in bars
- 1 egg beaten
- Lemon pressed out, peeled grated

Repeat this twice with pasta sheets, sauce and strips of fish fillet and finish with a layer of pasta sheets.

Stir in the remaining mascarpone with the egg, lemon juice and rack. Pour this over the pasta sheets and bake the lasagne in the oven for about 30 minutes.
