A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: oil, tofu stir-fry (finely chopped (180 g)), sifted tomatoes (a 500 g), cajun spices, Mexican (wok vegetables (750 g, frozen)), wrapt tortillas (8 pieces), avocado and cream fraiche (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

  3. Add the tomatoes, cajun spices and wok vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.
