Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Drain the sauerkraut in a colander. Cut the tomatoes in four, scoop out the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Chop the onion and finely chop the parsley.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onion. Spoon the sauerkraut with tomato cubes, paprika powder, caraway seed and some salt and pepper and bake for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the parsley and sour cream and divide the mixture into the baking dish. Place the sausages in between. Slide the dish into the oven and let the sauerkraut and sausage be cooked for 25-30 minutes. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
