Spinach tortelloni
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, red onions (finely chopped), spinach (a 300 g), chilled tortelloni with cheese and nuts (pasta, a 250 g), garlic (extruded), dried oregano, Greek yogurt, walnuts ( (55 g) and coarsely chopped).

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion.

Add, before the onion turns, the spinach in 2-3 portions.

Let each portion always start to shrink and let the moisture evaporate.

Cook the tortelloni until done according to the instructions on the package.

Drain.

Stir in the garlic and oregano with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Spoon the yogurt mixture through the spinach and heat it for 2 minutes.

Divide the tortelloni over four plates and scoop the spinach.

Sprinkle the dish with the walnuts and serve immediately..
