Stir fried mussels
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels (a 2 kilo), lemon, sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), sambal, coconut milk (200 ml), mixed iceberg lettuce (200 g) and brown baguette.

Wash mussels.

Broken mussels and mussels that do not close after throwing away a big tap.

Wash lemon.

Cut a few strips of lemon zest from lemon.

Squeeze 1/2 lemon.

Cut the rest of lemon into slices.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in woks.

Stir-fry mix stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Put in sambal and lemon zest.

Add coconut milk and mussels.

Cover the lid (or aluminum foil) with stir-fry and mussels for about 10 minutes until all mussels are open.

Spoil occasionally.

Dressing stirring remaining oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and mix with lettuce.

Mussels with cooking liquid and slices of lemon spread over large plates.

Serve with baguette and salad..
