Chinese noodles with shrimp omelette
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, medium-sized egg and fresh pink prawn.

Bring water to the boil in the pan and boil according to instructions. Meanwhile, let eggs come loose and mix in shrimps.

Heat the oil in frying pan and let egg mixture flow over pan bottom. Bake omelette over medium-high heat until the top is dry.

In the meantime, heat in wok rest of oil and mix vegetables in approx. 3 minutes.

Roll up omelette and cut into strips. Drain and pour through vegetables. Distribute omelet rolls.
