Beef stew with paprika and zucchini
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, skewered beef, meat stock, onions, garlic, red and yellow pepper, zucchini, butter, dried Provençal herbs, balsamic vinegar and couscous.

Allow meat to reach room temperature.

Dab the bouillon tablet over the measuring cup and add 250 ml of boiling water while stirring.

Peel onions and roughly chop.

Slice garlic and cut into slices.

Clean peppers and zucchini and cut into large pieces.

Cut meat into dice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry 3 tablespoons of butter in frying pan and brown meat on high heat.

Add onion, garlic, paprika, zucchini and herbs.

Finely bake for a further 2-3 minutes and fold to 1 side of the pan.

Pour along the edge of pan broth and vinegar with meat.

Bring to the boil and place the pan over the flame distributor on low heat.

Meat covered in 2 - 2 1/2 hours softly oven.

Regularly shovel.

Season with salt and pepper.

Mix in pan couscous with 500 ml of boiling water and leave for 6 minutes.

Stir in couscous with fork with 1 tbsp butter and stir gently until couscous is hot and nicely free.
