Zucchini with minced meat

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under the cold tap. Let it drain well.

Slice the onions and garlic.

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Remove the seed molds with a spoon and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion for 3 minutes. Fry the garlic and pieces of zucchini for 2 minutes.

Grease the oven dish. Spoon some of the pasta sauce into the dish.

Mix in the minced meat with the eggs and the spice mix.

Mix in the zucchini mixture.

Fill the courgettes with the minced meat and place in the baking dish. Leave to cook in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Heat a few minutes before the courgettes are ready in a stir-frying stir-fry in the spice mix and rice 3 min.

Heat the rest of the pasta sauce.

Divide the rice and courgettes over the plates. Spoon the sauce over and over the courgettes.
