Zucchini with minced meat

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Rinse under the cold tap. Let it drain well.

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Remove the seed molds with a spoon and cut the flesh into small pieces.
