Salad with roast beef and artichoke hearts
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), zucchini, garlic, tasty tom tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts (carciofi, 190 g), butter lettuce (100 g) and sliced roast beef (meat products).

Fry 5 tbsp oil in large frying pan and bake the potatoes according to the instructions for use.

Wash the courgette and cut into slices.

Garlic peel and chop.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and gently fry garlic and zucchini for 5 minutes.

Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.

In bowl zucchini, artichoke hearts with 3 tbsp marinadevocht, tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste to each other.

Spread over four plates, create salad and distribute roast beef over it.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve with fried potatoes..
