Vegetable schnitzel with cream sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: cool fresh broccoli gros and cool fresh cauliflower florets.
Peel potatoes, halve, wash and cook in salt for about 20 minutes. Boil broccoli and cauliflower for about 6 minutes.
Heat butter and fry about 5 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally. Meanwhile prepare sauce according to instructions.
Cut basil leaves into strips and stir in sauce. Serve schnitzels with cream sauce, potatoes and vegetables.
