Beef burrito
A tasty burrito filled with beef strips and mature cheese.

Peel and press the garlic over a bowl. Drain the brown beans.

Cut the onion into half rings and the bell pepper into strips. Grate the cheese. Cut the iceberg lettuce into strips.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the cumin, the beans and 3 tbsp water and heat with the lid on the pan for 5 min. On low heat.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef strips for 3 min. On a high heat brown. Add the onion and the paprika and cook for 4 minutes.

Season with pepper and salt.

Puree the beans with the hand blender. Add pepper and salt to taste. Keep warm on low heat.

Heat the wraps according to the instructions on the package.

Brush the wraps with the bean paste. Divide the beef strips, cheese, sour cream and lettuce.

Always fold one side of the wraps over the filling, fold the sides inwards into burritos.
