Grilled salmon with horseradish butter from Norway

Directions

  1. Rub the pieces of salmon with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
  3. Spread the pieces of salmon on the fish side thinly with butter and lay them down with the skin in a hot grill pan.
  4. Bake this side in 3-4 minutes nicely brown.
  5. Turn the fillets with a spatula and fry the fish side in a nice brown for 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the horseradish and finely chopped parsley through the melted butter and add some salt and pepper.
  7. Put the salmon fillets with the fish side up on warm plates and spoon the horseradish butter over it.
  8. Tasty with boiled potatoes and cucumber salad.
