Rucola stew with mustard chops


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (in pieces), mustard (spicy), olive oil, shoulder chops, rucola (a 75 g), milk, grated cheese (a 150 g) and nutmeg.

Directions

  1. Potatoes in good soil water with some salt in 20-25 min.
  2. Mix mustard with 2 tbsp oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover chops all around with mustard oil and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill the grill pan or frying pan with a non-stick coating and cook chops in 10-12 minutes or toast, regularly turn.
  5. Rucola rough cracks.
  6. Drain potatoes and mash them.
  7. Milk (in microwave) heat.
  8. Stir the rest of oil through mash and add as much milk until smooth puree is formed.
  9. Pass the cheese through and simmer for a short while, stirring, until the cheese melts.
  10. Season the puree with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  11. Prepare rocket in portions by puree and let it shrink slightly.
  12. Prepare rucola stew in four deep plates and put pork chops on it..
