Pork fillets with mustard fruit


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillets, butter, broccoli florets (300 g), mashed potatoes (chilled, 550 g), coarse mustard, tutti frutti (chilled and a 350 g).

Directions

  1. Season the fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in frying pan and fillet strips over medium heat in approx.
  3. 10 min.
  4. Brown and done.
  5. Meanwhile broccoli in little water with salt in 4-5 min.
  6. Cook al dente and then drain.
  7. Heat up mashed potatoes according to the instructions for use.
  8. Remove fillets from the pan and keep warm.
  9. Mustard and 100 ml of liquid (from the frutti packaging) by stirring remaining cooking fat.
  10. Add frutti and co-heat for 2 minutes on high heat.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Mash mashed potatoes and broccoli over two plates.
  13. Place filet patties alongside and create mustard fruit with gravy..
