French salad with lentils, tuna, olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lamb's lettuce and vinaigrette.

Directions

  1. Cook the green beans in 5 minutes until al dente.
  2. Drain and allow to cool under cold running water (blanch). Divide over a flat dish.
  3. Meanwhile, let the lentils, tuna and olives separate from each other.
  4. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the onion into thin parts.
  5. Beat the oil, vinegar and mustard with a whisk until a vinaigrette.
  6. Mix the lentils, cherry tomato, onion, lamb's lettuce and vinaigrette through the green beans. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Divide the tuna over it and garnish with the olives.
