French salad with lentils, tuna, olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lamb's lettuce and vinaigrette.

Cook the green beans in 5 minutes until al dente.

Drain and allow to cool under cold running water (blanch). Divide over a flat dish.

Meanwhile, let the lentils, tuna and olives separate from each other.

Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the onion into thin parts.

Beat the oil, vinegar and mustard with a whisk until a vinaigrette.

Mix the lentils, cherry tomato, onion, lamb's lettuce and vinaigrette through the green beans. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the tuna over it and garnish with the olives.
